Honor Hold, Thrallmar, Cenarion Expedition, Lower City, Keepers of Time, The Sha'tar, The Aldor and The Scryers are the main factions added in World of Warcraft TBC expansion. With having each faction on Exalted you are eligible to purchase one of the boost looking tabards, enchants, profession recipes.
There are several ways to gain reputation level, such as daily quests, dungeon farms or mob grinds, but even then getting Exalted reputation will take you several weeks to achieve.
